Administrative Services Section
The Administrative Services Section is responsible for many administrative related tasks including office management, customer service, records management, clerical assistance, notary services, contract and grant management, website/intranet management, and Authority project/program support.
The Administrative Services Section also serves as the Authority’s official records custodian. That includes maintaining governing boards meeting minutes, resolutions, contracts/agreements, bonds, annexation documents and meeting and agenda postings. The Administration Section manages the governing boards election process, administers Authority and partner agency meetings, advertises public hearings and handles the administrative duties for the governing boards application process including advertising vacant positions, collecting applications and setting up interviews.
The Administrative Services Section is overseen by Dusty Christopherson, Administrative Director.
