To request the attendance of Authority apparatus and/or personnel at your community event or to schedule a community presentation, please complete the request form below.

Before you submit your request, please confirm your event is within the Arizona Fire & Medical Authority's jurisdiction.

The Authority proudly serves Buckeye Valley, Coldwater Ranch, Corte Bella, Cross River, Dos Rios, Guadalupe, Pinnacle Peak County Island, Rancho Cabrillo, Rancho Silverado, Rio Sierra, Sun City West, Sun Lakes, Sundero, Tonopah, and Wittmann.
